PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement method of a common central control room ventilation and air conditioning facility among plants enabling replacement of deteriorated central control room ventilation and air conditioning facility among the plants at a short-period regular inspection without requiring a temporary facility. SOLUTION: The replacement method of the central control room ventilation and air conditioning facility among the plants includes a third central control room ventilation and air conditioning facility machine room installing step for installing the third central control room ventilation and air conditioning facility machine room 32 on at least one side of a first plant and second plant, a central control room ventilation and air conditioning facility installing step for installing a ventilation and air conditioning facility for ventilating and air-conditioning at least one of the first central control room 1 and the second central control room 2 in the third central control room ventilation and air conditioning facility machine room 32, and a ventilation and air conditioning facility dismantling step for dismantling at least one of the ventilation and air conditioning facilities in the central control room ventilation and air conditioning facility machine room 3 of the first plant and the central control room ventilation and air conditioning facility machine room 4 of the second plant.
