PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wedge type assembling structure capable of simplifying mounting and demounting work of a structure and toughly and firmly fixing the structure. SOLUTION: An insert member 8 mounted on a panel 2 and a support 4, is inserted into a receiving hole 9a of a receiving member 9 mounted on a shelf portion 3, from a lower portion, a pair of locking portions 8b, 8b formed on the inserting member 8 and having the wedge shape, and a pair of locking grooves 9b, 9b formed on the receiving hole 9a and having the wedge shape are engaged with each other, and taper faces of the inserting member 8 and the receiving member 9 are closely kept into contact with each other and fixed. On the other hand, the panel 2 and the support 4 are pulled down, the shelf portion 3 is held up, and the inserting member 8 is drawn out from the receiving hole 9a of the receiving member 9, thus the panel 2 and the support at an inserting member 8 side and the shelf 3 at a receiving member 9 side are separated from each other.
