PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an one-way clutch capable of securing a sufficient engagement property even in a low temperature when the viscosity of a lubricant increases, reducing drag in idling and preventing the sliding abrasion of an inner ring and a torque transmitting member. SOLUTION: In this one-way clutch composed of an outer ring, the inner ring relatively rotatable to the outer ring, and the torque transmitting member transmitting torque between the outer ring and the inner ring, a plurality of grooves are formed on the outer peripheral raceway surface of the inner ring approximately along the circumferential direction.
