PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder pressure adjustment unit capable of always supplying a required fluid pressure to a cylinder with a simple structure when a cylinder is driven. SOLUTION: In this cylinder pressure adjustment unit, a rack 34 advances and retreats together with a cylinder rod accompanied by the advancing and retreating movement of the cylinder rod, and a spur gear 35 is rotated, and a push rod 58 linearly advances and retreats accompanied by the rotation, and thereby a coil spring 31 of a regulator 29 is expanded and contracted, and a set pressure of the regulator 29 to an air cylinder is always switched. The cylinder pressure adjustment unit is provided on a lifter, and the required air pressure is always supplied to the air cylinder from the regulator 29 when a lifting table is lifted or lowered by driving of the air cylinder, and thereby the lifting table is lifted or lowered with a substantially constant lifting and lowering speed.
