A complex composition food mixture for cooked sausage products and hams contains flavourings and spices. The basic ingredients of the mixture are supplemented with sodium glutamate and monosodium glutamate, ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate, or sodium erythorbate, and separate ingredients thereof are supplemented with a food phospate or a mixture of food phosphates.
