A method for roaming area registering freely by a user under mobility limitation comprises the steps of: user terminal triggering roaming area registration request; wireless communication system passing the request and current location information of the terminal to roaming area registration system after detecting the request of the user for roaming area registering; the roaming area registration system registering roaming area information registered by the user in user database subsystem after receiving the roaming area registration request and current location information. In the method of the present invention, wireless terminal realizes free registration of roaming area by means of the wireless communication system automatically reporting user location area to roaming area registration system, thereby solving the problem of setting authorized roaming area of users, enabling the user freely registering mobile area that the user wants to roam by using his terminal, automatically completing user authorized roaming area mapping and recording, greatly saving the cost, and being convenient for users.
