<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable purchase of a prepaid card using cybermoney. <P>SOLUTION: A ticket vending and money receiving machine 161 issues a prepaid card by the cost of cybermoney charged to an IC card 111 of a portable terminal 110 with IC card. The portable terminal 110 with IC card requests charge of the cybermoney to a cybermoney server 123. The cybermoney server 123 charges to the IC card 111 through the portable terminal 110 with IC card. The cybermoney server 123 collects information from the portable terminal 110 with IC card and the ticket vending and money receiving machine 161, stores information corresponding to the balance of the cybermoney charged to the IC card 111 made to correspond to the portable terminal 110 with IC card, receives information on the price of a prepaid card issued by the ticket vending and money receiving machine 161, and determines permission or stop of issuance of the prepaid card in the ticket vending and money receiving machine 161 based on the balance of the cybermoney and information on the price of the prepaid card. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
