<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating component presser implement for a ball screw, and the ball screw equipped with the circulating component presser implement suppressing cracks formed during press working and securing wall thickness required for a rolling element circulating passage. <P>SOLUTION: This ball screw 10 is an external circulating type ball screw mounted, from the outside of a nut 14, with a circulating component 17 having the rolling element circulating passage 23 scooping up a plurality of balls 15 charged in a rollable manner in a load region, from one end side of the load region to return the balls 15 to the other end side. The ball screw 10 further comprises a metallic circulating component presser implement 30 press-formed to be fixable to the nut 14 to cover the circulating component 17. Both corners in the longitudinal direction of the inner peripheral surface of the circulating component presser implement 30 are respectively formed in curved surfaces each formed of at least two concave surfaces with different radii, and at least two concave surfaces at each curved surface are formed such that the radius of the concave surface on the longitudinal inner side is larger than the radius of the concave surface on the longitudinal end side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
