<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer cost adjustment system and program and device for transfer costs for solving confusion due to transfer transportation, and for efficiently and accurately calculating costs required for transfer transportation. <P>SOLUTION: The ticket examination machine of a station designated as the transfer station of a transfer transportation route enables the owner of a commutation ticket to pass without charge when information showing that he or she is the object of transfer transportation is stored in the commutation ticket. At that time, bid information or booking information is transmitted to a transfer cost adjustment device.
