EXTERNAL PREPARATION FOR SKIN FOR PREVENTING AND AMELIORATING AGING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a promoter of information transfer between cells by GJ (gap junction) or expression of connexin 43, or an external preparation for the skin for preventing and ameliorating aging of the skin.

SOLUTION: The composition contains a peptide having≥500 and≤2,000 molecular weight and/or a peptide including a sequence comprising Ala and Asp. A peptide of one example thereof has the amino acid sequence 1: Arg-Ala-Asp-Ala-Arg-Ala-Asp-Ala-Arg-Ala-Asp-Ala-Arg-Ala-Asp-Ala.
