PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with installing and uninstalling operations when an application program is used, and enable free use of other application programs installed in advance in a computer. SOLUTION: When an application start/end management part 51 of an application management program 50 detects that an application program 55 is started from a USB memory 11, an application management information part 54 of the application management program 50 generates application management information associating the USB memory 11 and the application program 55. When the USB memory 11 is removed, an application loading management part 52 of the application management program 50 detects it, and the application start/end management part 51 ends the application program 55 stored in the removed USB memory 11 according to the application management information generated by the application management information part 54.
