PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an application server part of an information center cannot acquire/manage communication setting information (IP address or the like) of a controller in a house conventionally. SOLUTION: In this invention, a controller 2 is connected to a server 6 through a VPN (virtual private network), an address giving server part 3 for giving communication setting information such as an IP address to the controller 2 and an address management server part 4 for associating ID information of the controller 2 with the given communication setting information (IP address or the like) to store them and outputing communication set information of the controller 2 corresponding to the input of the ID information are provided, and a server side manages the communication setting information of the controller 2. Consequently, an application server part 5 can recognize a corresponding IP address from the ID information that identifies the controller 2 and can easily realize remote control of equipment.
