PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a tray moving mechanism unnecessary, to reduce the cost of a device as a whole, to improve productivity, and to make the central portion of a large sized glass plate not bent. SOLUTION: A stacking section 16 receives a work 12 from an introducing section 14 for each cycle time. A stacking means 50 in a section 18 for preliminary pressurizing and heating, stacking means 52, 54, 56 in a section 20 for pressurizing, heating, and defoaming, and a stacking means 58 in a pressure reducing section 22 are actuated correspondingly to every 0.5 cycle time. Also the respective stacking means 32, 50, 52, 54, 56, and 58 have a plurality of stacker means arranged in the advancing direction of the work with spacings and roller means to convey the work in the advancing direction, wherein opening portions extending to a direction vertically intersecting the advancing direction of the work are stacked and arranged on the respective stacker means.
