PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic liquid state detector for accurately detecting the state of a liquid. SOLUTION: This electrostatic liquid state detector 100 is equipped with conduction routes 158, 159, 152, and 153 leading from respective electrodes 138, 139, 132, and 133 to a detection circuit 161. Lead pins 158r, 159r, 152r, and 153r constituting part of the conduction routes 158, 159, 152, and 153, extend parallel to each other. A first gap G1 between the 1-1st lead pin 158r and the 1-2nd lead pin 159r is equalized to a second gap G2 between the 2-1st lead pin 152r and the 2-2nd lead pin 153r. Constitution part parasitic capacitance Cc1 developing between the 1-1st lead pin 158r and the 1-2nd lead pin 159r is equalized to parasitic capacitance Cc2 developing between the 2-1st lead pin 152r and the 2-2nd lead pin 153r.
