摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply measure the engagement transmission error capable of continuously measuring the engagement transmission errors, while stably imparting prescribed load torque, and also maintaining the device compact, even when the direction of load torque is different. SOLUTION: The deice for measuring engagement transmission error drives the first rotation shaft 20 at a constant speed by a drive motor 28, while the loading weight 38 is imparted on the friction engaging member 32 and by the frictional force generated between the friction engaging member 32 and the frictional rotation body 12 the loaded torque imparted on the second rotational shaft 22 corresponding to the weight of the loading weight 38 is detected by the torque sensor 30, the weight of the loading weight 38 is detected and adjusted so as to impart a prescribed torque. When the prescribed torque is imparted, the rotational angles of the first rotational shaft 20 and the second rotational shaft 22 are detected, respectively by the rotary encoders 24 and 26, and the engagement transmission errors for the loaded torque are measured.
