METHOD FOR PRODUCING HEAT-RESISTANT CHARGED FLUORORESIN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING ELECTRET CONDENSER MICROPHONE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a heat-resistant charged fluororesin which can withstand high temperatures in reflow mounting or the like, and to provide a method for producing an electret condenser microphone using the heat-resistant charged fluororesin. SOLUTION: A fluorine-containing resin coated with an adhesive is heat-treated at a temperature of the melting point of the fluorine-containing resin or higher in the presence of oxygen and then irradiated with ionizing radiation at a temperature of the melting point of the fluorine-containing resin or higher in the absence of oxygen to obtain a crosslinked heat-resistant fluororesin. The heat-resistant fluororesin is subjected to charging treatment to form the heat-resistant charged fluororesin. In the charging treatment, the amount of charge stored is preferably increased by repeating charging at an atmospheric temperature, followed by heating at 260-330°C a plurality of times.
