PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an allergen-inactivating agent having an effect equal or superior to a conventional agent and also excellent in the processing for incorporation into a base material. SOLUTION: This complex mineral consisting of two or more kinds of silicon dioxide, zinc oxide and aluminum oxide shows a strong allergen-inactivating effect.
