PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex resin composition excellent in electrical conductivity (antistatic property) and coating characteristics without the decline in mechanical properties (such as rigidity and high impact resistance) or in the appearance. SOLUTION: The complex resin composition is composed of 100 pts.mass of a resin component consisting of the following (A) and (B) components: (A) 80-99.9 mass% of a polyolefin resin obtained by the homopolymerization or copolymerization of one or more monomers of 2-6Cα-olefin and (B) 0.1-20 mass% of a crystalline higherα-olefin polymer containing 50 mole% or more of≥8Cα-olefin unit, and 0.1-30 pts.mass of (C) component: an electrically conductive filler.
