PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily avoid or suppress the adhesion or deposition of a scale by improving the structure of an introducing nozzle for introducing a polymerization initiator or water into a polymerization vessel. SOLUTION: The introducing nozzle is provided with a first introducing tube 10 extending outwardly from the inner end of the wall of the polymerization vessel, a second introducing tube 24 partially projecting into the inside of the first introducing tube and extending outwardly and a third introducing tube 30. The second introducing tube has a plurality of apertures formed in circumferentially spaced relation at the portion of the wall of the second introducing tube which is located in the inside of the first introducing tube and also has a plurality of apertures formed in circumferentially spaced relation at the inner end wall attached to the second introducing tube. A fourth introducing tube has an aperture formed at the portion which is located inwardly of the inner end of the third introducing tube and in the inside of the second introducing tube.
