PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition capable of efficiently producing a layer having low refractive index and a layer having high refractive index and forming a cured film having high transparency, high adhesiveness to substrates, excellent scratch resistance and excellent environmental resistance. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises (A) metal oxide particles bonded with an organic compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group, (B) a fluorine-containing polymer having ethylenic unsaturated group, (C) one or more solvents (quick evaporation solvent) having high solubility of the matrix resin, and (D) one or more solvents (slow evaporation solvent) having high dispersion stability of the metal oxide particles B and compatible with the quick evaporation solvent C, wherein the relative evaporation rate of the quick evaporation solvent C is higher than that of the slow evaporation solvent D.
