PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an adhesive film, by which the non-tacky multilayer film prepared by forming a thermoplastic polyimide layer on at least one side of a heat-resistant polyimide layer can suitably be produced. SOLUTION: This method for producing the adhesive film is characterized by thermally treating an adhesive layer containing the thermoplastic polyimide and laminated to at least one side of a heat-resistant polyimide layer at≥300°C for≥5 min. When an adhesive film is subjected to a soldering process, the film can well be soldered without sticking a soldering tool fast to the adhesive film. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
