PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in the prior art that in a conventional pilfer proof with a twisting-off opener, when twisted-off and divided caps are re-closed to the vessel, the vessel appears unopened from the outside, by keeping an interval amounting one and half of the ring-shaped part between the twisted-off and remaining ring-shaped part and the re-closed cap, and thereby to prevent the cap from appearing unopened for avoiding a risk. SOLUTION: It is possible to distinguish whether the unpacked vessel with the twisting-off opener is opened or not by seeing the state of the caps 1 and 2 or touching them. Using the fact that when the part 2b connected to the cap body is once twisted off and opened, the cap is divided into two parts of a removable part 1 and a ring-shaped part 2 remaining in the vessel, the position of the receiving margin 3a of the ring-shaped part preliminarily mounted in the vessel is lowered approximately by one and half ring height than that of the vessel in the prior art. Therefore even when the cap 1 is screw-engaged to the space of the separated ring-shaped part 2, the interval 3b of one and half ring is made to prevent the vessel from looking like unopened and assure safety.
