PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intra-cabin structure of a vehicle embodied in a walk-through type allowing movement in the cabin in the direction across the vehicle width capable of enhancing the operating easiness by the driver etc. of the operating system installed on an instrument panel. SOLUTION: The vehicle is equipped with the instrument panel 1, a plurality of seats 41 and 42 for passengers laid in line across the vehicle width arranged confronting the instrument panel 1, and a floor 2 continuous allowing movement across the vehicle width between the passenger seats 41 and 42, wherein the contour 1a of the instrument panel 1 on the intra-cabin side when the intra-vehicle space is viewed on the plan from over the vehicle is shaped as going toward the vehicle front gradually from the center across the vehicle width to the door 7 side on the side face, and when the region including the passenger seats 41 and 42 is made a seating space 3, the contour 3a of the seating space 3 in the vehicle front is shaped as going toward the vehicle rear gradually from the center across the vehicle width to the door 7 side on the side face.
