PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of economically performing a repairing work in a short time by providing a portion absorbing inputted impact force by deformation except a trailing arm. SOLUTION: The suspension device is constituted of a first external force absorbing bracket 30 extending from a lower surface side of the trailing arm 2 toward the outside of a vehicle width direction and a second external force absorbing bracket 32 connected to a spindle member 6 side. A flange plate 30a is provided at an end part of the first external force absorbing bracket 30. A flange plate 32a in surface contact with the flange plate 30a of the first external force absorbing bracket 30 is provided in also the second external force absorbing bracket 32. In the flange plates 30a and 32a, bolts 34 are fastened by nuts 36. In the second external absorbing bracket 32, a cut-out part 40 is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
