PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping structure of a fuel pipe capable of surely protecting a filler neck mounted on a fuel tank even if a load not smaller than a predetermined value is applied to a vehicle. SOLUTION: In this piping structure of the fuel pipe, a filler neck 17 is connected to a filler tube 19 through a flexible filler hose 21 by protrudingly providing the filler neck 17 from the upper surface 25 of the fuel tank 11. A storing recessed part 23 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction is concavely formed downward on the middle portion in the cross direction of the upper surface 25 of the fuel tank 11, thus the filler neck 17 and the filler hose 21 are stored in the storing recessed part 23.
