PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door trim capable of mounting an ornament member with a good appearance regardless of presence or absence of a skin. SOLUTION: A plurality of engaging pieces 32 are extended to the outside of a vehicle cabin around a mounting hole 31 of a trim board 3. The engaging piece 32 has a notch part, and a first fixing part 33 and a second fixing part 34 are formed side by side. A plurality of engaging holes 43 capable of inserting the engaging piece 32 are formed at the peripheral edge part of the ornament member 4 mounted to the trim board 3 so as to close the mounting hole 31. after the engaging piece 32 is inserted into an engaging hole 43, and the engaging hole 43 is fitted into the first fixing part 33, the engaging hole 43 can be fitted into the second fixing part 34 by further pushing the engaging piece 32, and the engaging piece 32 can be engaged in two steps with respect to the engaging hole 43, the ornament member 4 can be fixed to the trim board 3 to be decorative.
