PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost by integrally providing a duct part on an instrument panel and simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: The instrument panel 10 as a panel device is equipped with a hollow duct part 15 composed of a panel body 11, a duct body 12, and a thermal insulation body 14. The thermal insulation body 14 is held and supported between an insulation body support part 41 projected from the duct body 12 and the panel body 11. A fixing part 38 provided at the position far from the insulation body 14 of the duct body 12 is vibration welded to the panel body 11. The thermal insulation body support part 41 can be elastically deformed. The heat of the duct part 15 is prevented from influencing the panel body 11 by the thermal insulation body 14, and the generation of condensation is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
