<p>The valve has a rotor (27), which actuates a valve closure body that works together with a valve seat in a fixed manner. The rotor has a stop face (37) and a longitudinal opening. A longitudinal axis (100) of the longitudinal opening (57) is aligned unequally 90 degrees to the stop face of the rotor. Generated surface of the rotor is brought inclined to the longitudinal opening.</p>
