<p>The invention relates to the flour-milling industry and can be used for small and ultrasmall flourmills, which make it possible to produce at least 45 % of high quality flour. The aim of said invention is to decrease the milling process energy intensity and to reduce the flourmill metal specific quantity and external dimensions. For this purpose, a flour is additionally ground during the transportation thereof between grindings in roller mills and the inventive flourmill comprises a grain cleaning machine (5), grain transporting spiral conveyors (9) and spiral conveyors (10) for transporting the flour to additional grinding, breaking system roller mills (6), fine reduction roller mills (7), centrifugal diffusers (14) and fraction accumulators (16), wherein said spiral conveyors (10) for transporting the flour to additional grinding are embodied in the form of a compression spiral (11) arranged in a case (12).</p> |
