The invention relates to the metallurgy, in particular - to the lance devices for the expulsion of the melts with the gases. The head of lance contains top and transition exterior ring, which are joint one with another by means of slip joint and are joint one with another by internal welding joint, central and intermediate transition rings. The external transition ring is additionally joint with the top by the means of pins, which are disposed in the through orifices, which are made uniformly around the circle in the part of slip joint of the external transition ring with the top, at that pins by their external ends are fixed by means of welding with the external transition ring abreast with the external surface of the external transition ring. The pins could be set by their ends into the through or closed holes or into special covering on the intermediate transition ring, as well as be joint by the means of welding with the intermediate transition ring or with special covering on the intermediate transition ring. This considerably increases the life term of the external welding joint of the blowing device, which provides substantial increasing in durability of the top of lance and safety of their operation.
