A mechanism for obtaining carbon nano-structural material contains temperature-controlled U-like electrochemical cell, where connected by liquid electrolyte cathode and oxidized anode from metal of valve type are disposed, the latter is surrounded by dielectric medium of liquid aromatic hydrocarbons, anode plate has a form of spiral which external diameter is less than inner diameter of electrochemical cell for the value of 4?5 mm, and the distance between the spiral coils is of 0.1?1 mm; the inner diameter and amount of the spiral coils changedepending on thickness of plate and anode material.
