A lifesaving tube is provided to prevent lives by preventing infiltration of water in to the tube when a victim is in the tube. A lifesaving tube includes a main body(1), and a waterproof cover(2). The main body has a doughnut shape having a hole through which a portion of a human body is inserted. The waterproof cover is integrally attached to one surface of the main body to a certain length, a lower surface of which is closed. The waterproof cover has a spiral resilient member(20) extending by a resilient force at one side of the inner and outer surfaces. The waterproof cover further includes a disc member(21) for dipping the waterproof cover at its lower surface. The waterproof cover has a balance maintaining pipe passing through the cover in a concentric manner. The main body includes a switch, a power supply, and a controller for receiving power to selectively light the tube.
