<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the feelings of mutual agreement and satisfaction of a customer by making it possible to presenting competitive estimates without imposing a large burden on the customer in goods buying and selling or leasing through an installment sales contract, an installment amortization contract and a lease transaction contract. <P>SOLUTION: This transaction support device 1 is provided with an estimate request receiving means 101 for receiving an estimate request including information about goods the customer wants to buy or lease, a first estimate acquiring means 102 for acquiring a first estimate when a dealer sells or leases the goods to the customer, an invoice price acquiring means 103 for acquiring an invoice price when the dealer provides the goods to an agency trader, a second estimate generation means 104 for generating a second estimate with reference to the invoice price, and a first estimate output means 105 and a second estimate output means 106 for outputing the first estimate and the second estimate, respectively to allow the customer to read them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
