<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an output signal from generating an overshoot and an undershoot when an inductive load is driven. <P>SOLUTION: In a process that a P channel pre-driver 1 or a N channel pre-driver 2 drives so as to transfer a P channel transistor MP1 or a N channel transistor MN1 from an ON state to an OFF state, when an output signal Vout changes due to a counter-electromotive force generated during applying the inductive load and exceeds a threshold value level of an invertor X8, a control to reduce a gain of the P channel pre-driver 1 or the N channel pre-driver 2 is conducted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
