<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a salesperson cannot assure the customer of a vehicle delivery date because of inaccessible status until the delivery of a produced vehicle to the customer, and especially, inaccessible current status in a coachbuilding maker as for the delivery of a commercial vehicle to the customer through a coachbuilding process in the coachbuilding maker. <P>SOLUTION: A radio tag for spontaneously transmitting ID information is mounted on each vehicle shipped from an own company. Master units installed in a coachbuilding maker receive the ID information transmitted from the radio tag and send it and also ID information about the units and information on the reception time to a data server.
