<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform interval photography which complies with a user's request by selecting a photography mode and a time interval as optimal as possible. <P>SOLUTION: At the time of interval photography, alternatives of photography mode, such as a compression system (TIFF, RAW, and the like), consecutive photographing, multiple continuous shooting, and bracket, are displayed so that an arbitrary photography mode can be selected. Then, a range of the time interval selectable according to the kind of the selected photography mode is decided, displayed to a user, who selects an arbitrary time. By selection setting of the photography mode and time interval, interval recording in accordance with a more demanding request can be made and so the apparatus is more convenient. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
