<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine working device facilitating mass-production of a light emitting sheet which has high illuminance, has no illumination unevenness and can guide light up to a center part. <P>SOLUTION: A unit 13 in which a wheel-shaped or roller-shaped surface roughness detector 15 for a light emitting sheet member 16 and a cutting bite 14 are housed in the same housing body is constituted. A spring material 12 is disposed between bite-housing units 11 and 13 to provide a cushion. The wheel-shaped surface detector 15 moves vertically in accordance with a ruggedness of the surface of a light transmission plate member 16. The bite 14 is housed in the same unit 13 and, therefore, vertically moves accurately in accordance with the roughness of the surface of the light transmission plate. Because the spring material 12 facilitates the graving of a V-shaped groove while keeping the depth of the V-shaped groove precisely and uniformly as a cushion, the high-quality sheet light emitter can be manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
