SCREEN DISPLAY DEVICE AND SCREEN DISPLAY METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen display device easy for a user to use, and to provide a screen display switching method.

SOLUTION: The screen display device has a display 1 for displaying a screen and a drawing processor 6 displayed by being classified into a first item capable of operation during stop of own vehicle and a second item capable of operation by both during stop and during running of the own vehicle on the display. The drawing processor comprises displaying the second item at the same part in the display form and continuously displaying the second item during stop and during running of the own vehicle.
