PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means which surely carries out a stirring operation, while eliminating the influences due to liquid viscosities, capillary forces, static electric charges and the like, under an environment where the space for mixing a small amount of specimen with a solid, such as a reagent or the like, becomes narrower. SOLUTION: A biochemical analysis method is provided, which prevents centrifugal separation from occurring, within a comparatively short time, when two or more different kinds of materials are mixed in a minute space, and applies angular accelerations in order to increase or decrease rotations with the passage of time, such that the number of the rotations gives a required acceleration for a prescribed period.
