摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication system which effectively utilizes a radio channel (frequency) by reducing a probability that a packet can not be reproduced and a delivery confirmed radio transfer block is wasted since a radio transfer block does not reach a transmission destination when dividing a packet into a plurality of radio transfer blocks and transmitting the blocks, respectively. SOLUTION: In a base station 2, a packet to be transmitted is divided into a plurality of radio transfer blocks, priority is determined on the basis of a delivery confirmation amount integration value indicating an integration value for the size of a radio transfer block of which delivery is confirmed to indicate the delivery of the radio transfer block to a mobile station 3, radio resources are assigned to the radio transfer blocks constituting the packet to be transmitted on the basis of the determined priority, and the assigned radio resources are used to transmit the radio transfer blocks. In the mobile station 3, if a radio transfer block from the base station 2 is normally received, a delivery confirmation is transmitted to the base station 2, and a packet is reproduced from radio transfer blocks.
