PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil antenna wherein the shock resistance of a magnetic body core is enhanced, a magnetic field output is easily improved, and a resonance frequency can be set over a wide adjustment width. SOLUTION: The coil antenna 11 is formed by winding coils 13A, 13B on the magnetic body cores 12A, 12B, respectively. The magnetic body cores 12A, 12B are arranged so that their center axes are almost coincident with each other and linked by a joint part of a frame 14A. Small-sized columnar cores 15A to 15C are arranged to the joint part so as to be nearly perpendicularly directed and arranged to the core axes, respectively. An LC series resonance circuit is configured by connecting the coils 13A, 13B in parallel and a capacitor 19 is connected in series with the LC series resonance circuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
