PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content-producing apparatus, a content-producing method, and a computer program capable of producing content, whereby the real content after the production can easily be imaged by using an existing video material. SOLUTION: The content-producing apparatus for producing content configured by connecting a plurality of video scenes, including a video material includes a video material storage section 114 for storing the video source and one or more attribute information items, while associating them with each other; a classification section 106 for classifying and hierarchizing the attribute information items by producing by purpose of the content; an attribute information input section 102 for inputting the attribute information items, in response to the request of a user; and a video material acquisition section 110 for acquiring the video material associated with the input attribute information items from the video source storage section.
