PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent organic EL element composed of a transparent electrode, an opposed electrode, and a light emission medium layer including an organic light emitting layer, making the organic light emitting layer emit light by making a current flow from both electrodes to the organic light emitting layer, by forming the light emission medium layer difficult to remove at drying process, when forming it by using a relief printing method. SOLUTION: A process of applying liquid composed of fine liquid drops to an ink or to a board to be printed and not printed yet, which are in the middle of relief printing process, is set up. Especially, the liquid is turned into the ink identical to the solvent contained in the ink, or the ink composed of at least one solvent contained in the ink, by setting a process of applying the liquid to the ink existing on a convex part of the relief, or that on an aniloxroll, or that on the board to be printed.
