PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device capable of restraining the backlash of a release button. SOLUTION: The terminal device comprises a housing 1 in which a plurality of electric wire insertion holes 24 where each electric wire is inserted are provided; and one ground electric conduction block 32 and two voltage electric conduction blocks 32 that are stored in the housing 1 each and have a terminal section 34 to which an electric wire inserted into the electric wire insertion holes 24 is connected. In the housing 1, the area between the terminal sections 34 to which electric wires having mutually different polarities are connected is partitioned by two partition walls 12 that oppose each other with a gap in the arrangement direction of the terminal sections 34, and the interval of a projection 25d for holding the two partition walls 12 in the release button 25 is made slightly larger than the interval of surfaces positioned back-to-back mutually in the partition walls 12. As compared with a case where the area between the terminal sections 34 is partitioned by one partition wall 12, the backlash of the release button 25 can be restrained without causing dimensional precision to decrease, thus restraining the occurrence of tracking.
