PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can be opened by easily releasing the fastening of a lid by a finger tip, and also, is hard to open by vibrations or impacts at the times of transport, carrying and storage or the like. SOLUTION: This packaging box 1 has an insertion piece 18, a claw section 21, and a slit 18a. In this case, the insertion piece 18 can protrude forward from a front surface plate. The claw section 21 is placed approximately upright on the end side of the insertion piece 18 when the insertion piece 18 is inserted into a fitting hole 22. The slit 18a is formed at a position facing a second notched section 17a so that a part of the insertion piece 18 may bend to the second notched section 17a side when the insertion piece 18 is inserted into the fitting hole 22 and is pressed to the second notched section 17a side. When a finger tip is placed on a first notched section 16a, and the slit 18a of the insertion piece 18 is pressed to the second notched section 17a side, the insertion piece 18 bends to the second notched section 17a side with the slit 18a as the center.
