SEPARATION REMOVER TANK OF FOREIGN MATERIAL FRACTION

A separation remover tank for separating and removing foreign materials of the construction waste materials is provided to let workers go in a case and check/exchange a transfer conveyor belt and driving parts thereof by forming work space parts at both sides of a case filled with the cleaning water and installing a variable step board on the upper side. The separation remover tank for separating and removing foreign materials of the construction waste materials is composed of a sludge discharge screw(2) installed at the lower side of a case; a transfer conveyor belt(3) mounted at the upper side; a discharge conveyor belt(19) equipped with a scrap bar(191) and settled down from the water surface of the upper side of the case in the predetermined depth; clean water supply nozzles installed at the upper side; and a step board mounted at the upper edge of the case. The case has work spaces(11) expanded in a predetermined area and integrally formed at both sides where driven rollers(31) of the transfer conveyor belt are installed. The step board comprises a fixed step board and a variable step board. One end of the variable step board is fixed by hinges.
