In a thermal stress resistant, low emission laminate system (I) for coating transparent substrates comprising (a) an antireflective oxide layer, (b) a zinc oxide layer, (c) a silver layer, (d) a blocking layer of titanium (Ti) alloy, (e) an antireflective layer and (f) a covering layer, (d) is a metallic or weakly nitrided layer of Ti alloy containing 50-97 wt. % Ti and 3-50 wt. % chromium, iron, zirconium and/or hafnium. A thermal stress resistant, low emission laminate system (I) for coating transparent substrates comprises the following layers, applied by vacuum sputtering: (a) a lower antireflective oxide layer (optionally consisting of multiple partial layers), (b) a zinc oxide (ZnO) layer, (c) a functional layer of silver (Ag), (d) a metallic blocking layer of titanium (Ti) alloy, (e) an upper antireflective layer (optionally consisting of multiple partial layers) and (f) a covering layer (optionally consisting of multiple partial layers). The novel feature is that the blocking layer (d) is a metallic or weakly nitrided layer of a Ti alloy containing 50-97 wt. % Ti and 3-50 wt. % chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), zirconium (Zr) and/or hafnium (Hf). An independent claim is included for a transparent flat substrate coated with the layer system (I).
|
