4 STROKE DIESEL COMBUSTION ENGINE DRIVEN BY HYDRAULICALLY ACTUATED FUEL PUMP, INTAKE VALVE AND EXHAUST VALVE

A four-stroke diesel combustion engine is provided to improve accuracy of fuel injection and opening/closing timing of intake/exhaust valves, by forming a hydraulic supply port at a high pressure pipe which operates in interlock with a crank shaft. A four-stroke diesel combustion engine comprises a cam cylinder(150) and a rotating cam(100). The cam cylinder has an inlet port(151a) for a fuel pump for introducing high pressure operating oil from a storage tank, a supply port(155) connected to a fuel pump driving unit(50), and an outlet port(151b) for discharging residual pressure from the fuel pump driving unit to the storage tank. The cam cylinder has an inlet port(152a) for an intake valve for introducing operating oil from the storage tank, a supply port(156) connected to an intake valve driving unit, and an outlet port(152b) for discharging residual pressure from the intake valve driving unit to the storage tank. The cam cylinder has an inlet port(153a) for an exhaust valve for introducing the operating oil from the storage tank, a supply port(157) connected to an exhaust valve driving unit(70), and an outlet port(153b) for discharging residual pressure from the exhaust valve driving unit to the storage tank. The ports are formed on the same inner circumference of the cam cylinder. The rotating cam has a first groove(110) for connecting or disconnecting the inlet port for the fuel pump and the supply port or the supply port and the outlet port; a second groove(120) for connecting or disconnecting the inlet port for the intake valve and the supply port or the supply port and the outlet port; and a third groove(130) for connecting or disconnecting the inlet port for the exhaust valve and the supply port or the supply port and the outlet port.
