An organic electro-luminescent display device is provided to minimize the variation of a driving current for pixels by maintaining the voltage difference between source voltages over 15V. An organic electro-luminescent display device includes a pixel unit(100), a scan driver(140), a data driver(120), and a voltage source(160). The pixel unit includes plural pixels and displays an image. The scan driver supplies a scan signal to the pixel unit. The data driver applies a data signal to the pixel unit. The voltage source supplies positive and negative voltages to the pixel unit. The difference between output voltages from the voltage source is greater than an absolute value of the positive source voltage by more than three times.
