<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cell of a fuel cell, wherein the film of the cell of the fuel cell can be uniformly formed. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the cell of the fuel cell, in which at least either one of a fuel electrode film, an electrolyte film, an air electrode film, and an inter-connector film is formed on a cell tube 20 made of porous ceramics, has a screen printing plate installing process to install a screen printing plate 1 masked so as to form a prescribed pattern on the cell tube 20, a screen printing plate sucking process to suck the screen printing plate by sucking the screen printing plate from the inside of the cell tube 20, and a sucking and applying process to suck the inside of the cell tube 20 and to apply material slurry of either one of the fuel electrode film, the electrolyte film, the air electrode film, and the inter-connector film to the screen printing plate 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
